Hi There! My name is Bill Cowan and I’m excited that you’ve stopped by. You have found a unique site designed to help you in your journey to fitness, health and well-being.
I’ve been a fitness nut for most of my life with bouts of good times and let’s just say some not so good times. In recent years I’ve found that “nugget” of health and fitness tools to help me succeed and “stay” in good shape. There is NO magic pill and I’ve, embarrassingly, tried a few.
I’m 48 years young married to my beautiful and loving wife, Sheila, for 30 years. Our only son is “Samson” our Siberian husky who is just a riot sometimes. We love life and being healthy which helps us enjoy it that much more. We love our God who has blessed us in many ways and has given us this opportunity to share with you something of value.


We love the outdoors, biking, hiking, camping, fishing and golf. We love going to the mountains and experiencing the awesome beauty of nature all around. Down the hills to the rolling meadow and streams and to the coast where the sea meets the sand are places that keep us loving life.
My wife currently works in real estate development helping bring communities to life with the philosophy of living, eating and working all in the same place. Me, well let’s just say, I’m here to help meet your fitness and nutritional goals. Being able to share those golden nuggets with you are what matters most to me.
Living life is something most of us take for granted. The day comes and goes before we know it. I believe that we should invest time in our physical health so that we can be healthy and fit to live life more fully. Not only will we protect ourselves when we go thru the day and walk about in the real world, we’ll be better prepared to have more fun and possibly live longer. Now who wouldn’t want that?

So enough about me, take some time and browse through my site and make the decision today to grab that tool or piece of information that’s going to help you succeed. As my good friend says, “Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither was your body. Decide, Commit and Succeed!
Your Starting Point
First - please take advantage of all of the free “stuff” that I have just for you. It’s there to help you succeed whether or not you use the other great tools, programs and nutritional products that are at your fingertips.
Second - Visit my product pages and see for yourself how they can help you get into shape. There's absolutely no reason to spend 50 to 75 dollars a month on gym memberships that you and I both know we only use for a week or so then stop. (My hand is held up here as I was one of those guys. Now I get to work out in the comfort of my own home, in my shorts if I want to.)
Third - please read my blogs (articles for those of us who still don’t know what a blog is…I’m guilty again J). I encourage you to write comments, share your opinion and who knows, someone may find a spark of information from your comment to get their life on track.
Fourth - decide today. Flip that mental switch and choose to get on that path of physical health and wellness. Life is full of decisions and each morning you wake up you can choose one path or the other. I’ll further encourage you that if at the end of the day, you just forgot to do that workout, don’t sweat it. Tomorrow is brand new day ready and waiting for you to make that choice and SUCCEED!
